Pick n Pay ASAP is a ****
On 20 September 2025, I made a purchase on the Pick n Pay ASAP 1 of the items I bought was supposed to come with gift, and it was clear on the app that you have to add the gift to your basket, however the gift was not on the app at all, so I took a video to show this, I assumed they won't send it so I kept evidence, immediately the order arrived I sent the query on the app, nothing happened. I later sent a complaint on 1 October 2025 on X, someone responded and told me that I should have added the item to the cart, so i sent them a video of me searching for the gift set and not finding it, they went AWOL ever since

I told you guys that I sent an email it was ignored; I logged a query on the app nothing happened. I complained on X and still nothing happened. You guys closed my complaint without even speaking to me. The moment you wrote this reply I was sent a SMS saying my complaint has been closed that's how ineffective all these people you want me to contact are. i cannot make the same complaint 3 times on different platforms each time and get the same response which is ignorance and you still provide me with contact details, that's absurd
