Pick n pay Asap is a ****

On the 1st of April i bought some groceries using Pick n pay asap app unfortunately some of the items were out of stock i received email that my money will be refunded to my wallet i can refund to my card anytime.On the 12th i decided to do a refund it ws giving me problems but at the end i managed the Amount was R264 i was surprised wen i received massage from my bank saying that i have R99 pending refund so pick n pay decided to **** me R164 and only refund R99 on my wallet it says -R264 the balance is now R0.00 but i only received R99 not even half of my money il never use asap again dy hv lost me to Sixty 60 m very disappointed n i want my money back
