Pick ‘n Pay asap incorrect order

I placed an order for my mom on the Pick n Pay asap app around 10am. The order arrived around 13:30- it wasn’t even the correct order. I notified them as soon as my mom told me. I was told they would come collect the incorrect order and deliver the correct one. It’s 18:45- still nothing. All I get each time I call is an apology and an escalation- which sadly will not provide my mom with a meal tonight. It’s absolutely unacceptable. This has not been a pleasant experience and turned into an inconvenience.
