Pick ‘n Pay ASAP in Eesteriver will kill me

I made an order online at Pick n Pay and they accepted my order which had my 1 year old baby food. I waited from 13:48 and they cancelled my order twice when i called they told me the driver’s don’t want to come to my place when they have already accepted my order with my last money. Their refund will take 10 days and I have no money no food for my baby. My question is why did they take my money knowing they won’t come???
