PICK N PAY ASAP I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I used the Pick ‘n Pay ASAP app to make an order on Saturday on the 1st of March 2025. I made a total of 16 items and out of that I only received 5 items. They refunded me only for 3 items and not for the other 7 items. I’ve been writing them emails and calling them and they’re not answering They have a very pathetic bull**** service and I’m never using them again I just want my ****ing money. I’ve been trying to make a payout to my bank for the 3 items they refunded. The payout is not working. I WANT MY MONEY!!!! No wonder that Pick n Pay is not making money it’s because of their ****ty service they should just close
