Pick n Pay asap horror!

Pick n Pay asap is just horrible! Placed an order with ingredients I was going to use for Sunday lunch then boom, Wrong order delivered! Been on the phone from 14:30 and sent several emails, nothing resolved. Now I can't even cancel the order and get my refund. Pick n Pay wonderpark, how did this happen? I'm beyond disappointed and I will have to stick to Checkers sixty 60
