PICK N PAY ASAP, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

Orders delayed twice, no word from the store why that failed to deliver at the slot chosen. I called the Call Centre and asked that they do not cancel the order and I will go and collect it from the store since their navigation system said my address was incorrect, by the way it was correct. When I reached the store, they had cancelled my order and refunded, which could take up to 7 days!!!! I've deleted the app as this is not the first time I've had a delay and an issue with Pick n Pay ASAP and the particular store. Rude, rude employees.
