Pick n Pay asap! home delivery service collapse

Online PnP ASAP service dishonesty. Promotion was advertised on 9 March 2022 for a R120 discount on placing an online order with delivery to your home. This was my first PnP delivery home order. On check out of the online order it offered a discount of R50, not R120 with no indication why. I then went onto to pay the purchase less the R50 discount. After payment the receipt did not reflect the discount and charged my card the gross amount. PNPASAP support line has been emailed 3 times with no response. The Manager of PnP Melkbosstrand by the name Henry took my call and asked I email him - he has now been reminded 3 times to respond. We will now go to Checkers for our grocery needs
