PICK 'N PAY ASAP HOLDING MY MONEY RANSOM

If I could I would not even give it 1 star. That is how pathetic Pick 'n Pay is. On the 25th of November, I put an order in around 12:45 in the afternoon. The app showed that delivery will take place around 1:30. Later the day, I saw that they moved my delivery date to the 26th of November at 9:15. I phoned their customer service to complain and cancel the order since I was not going to be at home at 9:15 on the 26th. They can not blame Black Friday for their incompetence since this is the second time they did this to me and the 1st time was not on a busy day. Now Pick 'n Pay is keeping my money ransom. Since the 26th I've requested a payout several times and still, my money has not been paid back. They are quick to take my money but when they have to pay me back, they take forever. Beware of how ********* this company is and do not support them. Conveniently the botched-up order also does not reflect on my order history on the ASAP app.
