Pick N Pay ASAP has owed me a refund for almost 4 weeks
On 15 Dec 2022 I ordered a case of wine on the Pick n Pay ASAP app. All that arrived was one single Heineken bottle. When I contacted PnP customer services I was told that this was that the product I ordered was out of stock, but that this was a "free gift." Amazing... so can I have my money back please?
I'll spare you the details, but it has been almost four weeks now of back and forth with PnP customer care who have not refunded me once cent, nor have they delivered the product that I ordered on the 15/ 12/ 2022 (which, by the way has always been and still is listed as available on their app).
Pick n Pay is meant to be a trusted South African brand that we all grew up with. I actually don't know what to do anymore. How do I get a refund from you people?!!
30 days later, I have received an email from PicknPay that says they apologise for a “backlog in their internal financial system” and that they will reimburse me, but cannot say when.
How many consumers have they borrowed money from? Essentially that’s what PNP is doing. Wow.
