Pick n Pay ASAP hacked

I woke up at Midnight on the 27th of November to my dismay. An order made on my Pick n Pay asap app, I quickly blocked my card. I tried to call your call center who seem least aware, one of them rudely transferred me to another agent with informing me, I wish she could get diciplinary action.

Because the scale of this matter is grandiose, many customers likes me have experiencer this nightmare this week and worse part once the hackers make orders they take over your account and live you with no trace and can never access your account. This will probably show up on the news because it is a massive data breach.

Please refund my money so I can atleast still remommend pick n Pay to others because I have had it with your decline in customer service.
