Pick n Pay ASAP (hacked)

Pick n Pay ASAP account was hacked, due to non 2FA, and an exploit on their side. This happened over 3 months ago. I have emailed and emailed and emailed to no avail. They said my wallet was credited but I don't have an account as it was hacked. No one gets back to me and they keep closing the tickets on Zendesk I would like a reimbur*****t of the cash ****** into my bank account. I will no longer buy or purchase from Pick n Pay online. I suggest any and all users using the app and web app close your account until they have upped their security and enabled Auth tokens, 2FA and notifications when someone tries to login to your account.

I also see I am not the only one who has gone through this!
