Pick n Pay ASAP getting worse by the day

Two months later and still waiting for a refund. Ticket number 184116 not resolved. Wrong item delivered and collected by driver but still no refund. Emails not being rep**** to. Tickets getting closed without a resolution. Worst service from PnP.
