Pick n Pay asap food delivery grap service

The Pick n Pay food delivery service ASAP is absolutely terrible I placed an order yesterday 1 March 2026 at 12:00 in the afternoon and was given an ETA Of 12:30-13:00 it's the 2nd today I haven't received my order there is no communication on their end. Their customer service is grap and the ASAP app is also useless in wanting to track or communicate to find out what is going on..... My kids didn't eat for the whole afternoon yesterday had to make other plans.
