Pick n Pay ASAP
I am requesting the immediate release of my refund for the cancelled order. The order was cancelled within the allowed time, and the funds should already be reflecting in my account.
This is the second time I am experiencing this issue with Pick n Pay. The first time, I was informed that the funds would be released back into my account, but they never reflected. I did not pursue the matter further at the time because it was a small amount. However, this time the amount is R962, and it is unacceptable that my money has still not been returned. I expect this matter to be resolved immediately and the funds to be released back into my account without any further delays.

02 Mar 2026, 16:06Don't tell me to call pick n pay directly because I've done that hence I'm here since there was no response from your guys. I just want my money and that's it or I'll escalate this to the ombudsman.

07 Mar 2026, 08:41I have contacted my bank, Standard Bank, regarding the cancelled transaction. They have advised me that the funds are still with the merchant and have not yet been released back to my account.
