Pick n Pay ASAP employing ******* immigrants

I placed an order with Pick N Pay ASAP on 26 May 2026. And the driver called me to explain that he cannot access my residential complex because he doesn't have all the acceptable documentation and rudely instructed me to come to the main gate of the complex to collect my groceries. I ordered from ASAP because I was not able to go to the shops at the time so I couldn't walk all the way to the gate but more irritating is that I had added a special note that they must ensure that they send drivers with proper/legal documentation because I live in a complex mended by Police Officers and I have encountered a cancellation of my order for the same reasons before. I'm now wondering why does Pick n Pay ASAP employ ******* immigrants and make it our problem when they can't enter the complex. After raising my concern with their customer services, all I got was only an acknowledgement of my complaint.
