Pick n Pay ASAP

I ordered a number of items on their ASAP app for R570. All items were not in stock, except soda water worth R8.99. They they proceeded to deliver this soda and charge R35 delivery fee. I phoned to cancel the entire order and they told me it will take 1 to 10 business days to get my refund. What nonsense is that. Why do they take my money before they have confirmed the items are in stock. All other similar apps refund you immediately when there is a difference in price of items. Uber, 60sixty and other apps are able to refund immediately. Why can't pick and pay do the same. I need the money back immediately so I can go to other shop and buy there instead.
