Pick ‘n Pay asap

On the 26 march I placed an order on pnp asap. The driver who was delivering went to the wrong address after stating that they will wait for me to come to them to collect the delivery. I was exactly 5 minutes away from the delivery address when the driver called hence I was ok to collect from driver who had decided to go to the wrong address. When I got there. Driver had left. I called the call centre to complain about the drivers treatment and to highlight that the moneies taken from my account need to be returned because I did not receive the good. Sadly I was told it will take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed. I called again today to enquire about the processing of the refund and now im being told that the refund cannot be processed without investigation. These ******s are unfair and inconsiderate. Cruel really considering that there were household groceries that never arrived and now they are taking me for a run around with my money!
