Pick n pay ASAP drivers

4 times in a row ive made orders to my work place in Rosebank the FIRS and everytime it has been a complete disaster! Drivers dont care to even call if they are lost. Called today before even ordering *** to explain where The Firs of Rosebank is and asking to be called if they are lost so i can go downstairs and look for them. Still that didnt happen and called to get assistant from a agent and she was rude. So disappointed from the customer service.
