Pick n Pay ASAP double charge

Pick n Pay ASAP grocery delivery made two withdrawals from my account, one for the purchase, and one for an outstanding card authorisation. It has been two weeks, and I have still not received a refund. All I received is an automatic email response to say they have a high volume of inquiries.
