Pick n pay asap dont care about you or your orders

Do not order from Mitchells plain pick n pay asap. They do not car about you or your orders. I ordered 2 items 10:30am this morning. one of the items was hairdye. My hairdresser came and sat 2 hours waiting for the dye to be delivered to do my hair and then had to leave for another client. I still had to pay her for her time. This made me so mad, I have no words. I also called them twice and thet said it was out for delivery and nothing came. They called me twice to ask if im home to receive the delivery and still nothing arrived. I wasted my whole dat waiting on a small order that still has not arrived and it's 20:56 now. They even said the order is coming with a uber eats and then that was canceled too. I have absolutely now words for this shop. The app still say its being prepared and nobody called me to say its canceled etc. The communicating with them is zero. I will never order by them again cause they don't care about you or your orders. If you want to prevent yourself from being disappointed rather order by Checkers. They late with yout order but atleast it arrives.
