Pick n Pay ASAP! Doesn’t deliver

I purchased goods from the Pick n Pay ASAP app on the 22nd September.

The name implies as soon as possible. As I put my order in and confirmed it on the app they deducted money from my bank account.

Directly after the order said canceled.

I assumed that they would reimburse me fully.

The original delivery time was 21:00 - 22:00 but it was canceled.

I was asleep at the time I hear a loud banging on my door. One driver came to deliver 1/5th of my order.

I logged a fault with the system.

They have not resolved the issue since. They keep on saying an agent will be with me.

I have to feed my dog, the dog food I got was budgeted for in the months supplies. It has not arrived. Currently my housemate is feeding my dog.

It doesn’t matter what I am eating now but it is basically just bread.

I’m tired of their game.
