Pick n pay asap does not want to assist, Bad service

We would like to sincerely apologize for the delay in our response, we are experiencing high volumes and currently doing our best to respond as quickly as possible.

This msg is always given and still nothing. I have sent photo of how the milk is, I have send a photo of the milk box showing the expiry is only in 2026. How should I face me staff members when they open a milk box that is off, this costing our company so much more and time to to get this resolved. Why is this a such a big problem to resolve? As a customer we can't through milk away and loose money. When you as Pick n pay making it really hard to move away and by products from a local small shop. I can't believe this is how customers are been assist with, always I'm sorry.
