Pick N Pay ASAP - DO NOT USE THEM!

Pathetic service from Pick n Pay ASAP!! Decided to try the App out for the first time today, giving me more time to do things around the house while my groceries would be delivered. Kept tracking the order and the driver; ETA was between 14:00 and 15:00. By 13:27, the App said my driver was on the way. The next time I checked, my order was under “order history” and claimed my order had been delivered! I called customer care and spoke to Yolanda. She also saw from her side that the order “was delivered”. Apparently they don’t have the driver’s number to call and follow up. She promised to follow up with the store and reorder. 45 minutes later, I called again and again spoke to Yolanda. She told me the store hadn’t responded - so why did she not check with them earlier?! She said she’d follow up and phone me back. After 30 minutes of waiting, I called again and spoke to Nisha to cancel my order and request a refund. Now what am I packing for breakfast and lunch tomorrow?! Do not use PnP ASAP. Absolutely unless!
