Pick n Pay ASAP do not use it

First order on ASAP worst experience, I will not recommend using this service from FNB. I place an order with the store for delivery; I paid the order which was accepted but they did not deliver all my items. I call the customer help line ***, and I'm told the items must be out of stock and the store do not update their system regularly. When I paid they debited the whole amount and they tell me I have to contact my own bank for any refund which will take 7 days. And both the consultants I spoke to rudely hang up on me. I am so disappointed as the first-time user, and I will never use this service again.
