PICK-N- PAY ASAP DISSAPOINTS AGAIN

The Last time I complained on Hallo Peter was with this same delivery service and against my decision to delete this App then, I kept it because they deliver a bigger range of alcohol and Checkers does not yet and ordered again. Kept giving feedback with every rating request but nothing has improved.

- Orders get randomly cancelled. - Prices are revised UPWARDS! with no explanation - just a notification - Order placed at 11:40, is 14:03 and still nothing despite having called customer care to follow up over ad hour ago. - Now I want to cancel and I'm hold for ever, no cancel option on the App.

So disappointed.
