Pick N Pay ASAP disgusting service

I placed an order on the Pick n Pay ASAP app on the 9th of October 2022. The method of payment I used was card. They debited the money for my order from my bank account however about 10 minutes later the store cancelled my order for reasons unknown. My money has not been refunded to me up until today. I have sent numerous emails and I have the called the customer care numerous times but still no refund! I spoke to a lady named Connie and also a Male named Anele. They asked for my bank statement as well as my banking details and I have sent everything to them but now they are ignoring my emails! Extremely disappointed in this service. They were quick to debit the money from my account but now they are taking their own sweet time to process my refund !!!
