Pick n Pay ASAP disaster

ASAP app crashed in the last week of September. I submitted 2 orders, and both were deducted ftom my bank. The orders were cancelled bu the app. Ten days later and stoll no refund! Ive been contacted to provide order numbers but there is no such thing, as they cancelled the order, twice!
