Pick n pay Asap diepkloof

Very disappointing service. My order clearly stated a delivery time of 13:00–13:30, yet by 14:00 the driver had only just picked up the order. This is NOT “ASAP” service at all.

Why offer time slots if you don’t plan to keep them? It’s misleading and wastes customers’ time, especially when people plan their day around these deliveries. If delays are expected, be honest and update customers instead of making false promises.

I expected much better reliability. You just lost a customer
