Pick n Pay ASAP delivery not delivered and refund not granted

I ordered some essentials on pick n pay ASAP and I think at the time of delivery my phone had lost connection and by the time i got connected i had multiple messages starting that the driver is on the way, and they attempted to get hold of me without any luck, therefore, my order will be returned to store and the money credited back to my wallet, however, hours later the app status now indicates that the order was delivered which was not and i called twice to complain and the answer i get is that it indicates that the order is delivered even when i tell them that I did not receive that order, so if it is that easy for drivers to lie like that and **** us, how credible and securely is this pick n pay ASAP, can this issue be resolved as there is no way I will be ****med off my hard earned money.
