Pick n Pay asap delivery app disappointment

I had a bad experience with the Pick n Pay asap delivery app service, I had ordered 2l Coca Cola and Dairy**** ice cream for delivery, 1st of all the time is next day, and it won't give you a chance to change or cancel your order until today on the 2nd January I received a call from the call center to confirm the delivery, and just when I went outside of my residential address, there was no sign of the delivery guy, I stood outside with no avail. The app is truly inappropriate and time consuming and certainly not efficient. I wanted to cancel as I was agitated and worried that my ice-cream would melt, over all I had a bad experience and won't be using the services anymore.
