Pick n Pay ASAP delivery

I would like to express my dissapointment in Pick n Pay (ASAP), I made an order at 13:17 for two items which has moved delivery times more than twice. I type this at 14:45 I'm still waiting for my items. You can't cancel orders so I unfortunately have to wait for them to decide on delivering I'm going to two hours of waiting without any communication or anything. I honestly find this pathetic!!
