Pick n Pay ASAP delayed in returning funds
Still waiting on return of payment into my wallet since 23 August! Allegedly it's been sent to manager but still nothing in my wallet. It might just be R280 but it's still my money and I need it.
No stock available again and R119.92 was refunded into my account, tried to order dog food, milk and bread and my order was CANCELLED due to insufficient funds, it was 5 cents more and I had the money in my account but it was cancelled instead. The R119.92 has not been returned to my wallet.
So it's nearly R400 that Pick n Pay owes me yet nothing gets returned.

14 Sept 2022, 16:27I have phoned every day since 24 August having to repeat myself every time. Needless to say a consultant told me that the outstanding R280 was paid into my bank account on Friday afternoon, yet nothing reflects in my bank and I'm with Capitec, it doesn't take that long...
I am sick and tired of begging for my own money back, beyond disappointed in Pick n Pay ASAP.
