I placed an order on the app for delivery.

At the time of orderingnd even after the items are placed were on special, however, at checkout all my prices were marked up.

I took screenshots and queried this with the team via the app and I have received an email saying the refunds team found that the items were not on special. This after clearly seeing my screenshots which prove different.

Rama 500g from 22.99 but was charged 36.99 at checkout Lemon juice from 42.99 to 56.99 Chocolate from 10.99 to 11.99

The audacity to then say please give us another try

Appalled at the outcome in rather saying my images are wrong. I would've accepted it had they even said there was a technical error and apologized but not this BS.
