Pick n Pay ASAP

Pick n Pay ASAP is by far the worse online service. I was in bed with the flu and decided to order online for my items to be delivered, as soon as I saw the package would be delivered the next day I called to request a cancellation as I needed the items asap, nowhere it was indicated that I would receive it the next day before paying.

I called to cancel and sent 2 emails via the app, yet still the driver calls me the next day to say he's outside with my package. I told the driver that I cancelled the package. The driver then called me again with a very rude tone asking are you coming out to get your things now because I am outside.

I called yet again to cancel the package asking the lady to please process the cancellation, 10 minutes after that I get a call asking me mam your package will be sent to your home...

Really pathetic, I will not be using this service again.
