Pick n Pay ASAP

I had an order for Pick n Pay ASAP on the 30th of September. I made the payment but I never received my order. After contacting customer service on numerous occasions I am still struggling to get my almost R500 back. I even send my bank statements as proof. Everytime they shunt me around from one person to another and every time, nothing. Even after receiving a mail that they will refund me in 3 to 5 days, nothing as yet.
