Pick n Pay ASAP

****tiest experience ever for 2 whole days. You call and request a manager, agents put you on hold for 20 minutes and don't resolve the issue. I paid for delivery as well as my order, I was told to collect it at the store, when I got there they gave me **** stories, and told me to wait till the next day. The delivery was made and items were missing , now I'm told to wait for a refund which takes 7 days for something that was done incorrectly on their end whereas they already received payment . I can't fathom this Bull****
