Pick ‘n Pay asap .
I am writing this with a lot of frustration with the service I’ve received from Pick ‘n Pay asap . This is the second time in less than two weeks I receive an incorrect order. And now I had to make calls to try and rectify this . Order number #*** packed by Ouma at Nkomo village. The fact that I had to drive to Pick ‘n Pay makes me more concerned, where is the convenience in all of this ?

03 Jan 2026, 17:18Why did I have to go to the store to find someone making a personal call on the same phone that was supposedly unavailable when I called to inquire about my order? Why would I request ASAP delivery if I was planning to drive to the store? I was charged for delivery, yet I still had to use my own fuel to go there. I'm extremely dissatisfied.
