Pick n pay ASAP

Pick n pay ASAP is not actually ASAP their service is horrible. I placed an order at 13:00 and the store only accepted the order at 13:30 and their ETA was from 14:30 till 15:00 afterwards their app updated that my order is delayed. I called their online team and the consultant said the driver is in the store collecting the order. I waited for like 45 minutes still the app shows delayed - I called the store again this time trying to find out if I can go fetch the order or try other logistics to deliver and I was then given contact of the driver Nompumelelo to find out of her whereabouts. The driver did not pick up my calls. I sent the driver text still no communication. I the called the store 3hours later and they advised that the order is out with Nompulelo and they don't know her whereabouts and she doesn't answer her phone. So I don't understand that Pick n Pay has a driver that they cannot track and they don't know her whereabouts. Their driver doesn't even communicate at all.Order no #***
