Pick n Pay asap

I ordered groceries online and paid Yersterday was supposed to be delivered today between 9am and 9.30am when driver picked didn't come to deliver was told sh has other deliveries and I will be the last and pick n Pay doesn't tell all this and worst past they meat and hot now almost 12pm I haven't received my order and I can't order or cancel have to wait for this one to be delivered first
