Pick n pay ASAP

I placed an order on Pick n Pay asap today 01 December 2022. The order was partially delivered, I then called customer care to enquire and I was told that the missing products will be re-delivered, which was around 14:43. I called again and the agent assisting me said that he will call the store and get back to me via email, but he never did. I then made a third call, where the agent advised that she doesn’t know what’s going on with the order and she basically cannot assist me with anything, I must just continue waiting for the order. I asked her where can I lay a formal complaint she said she doesn’t know. I had to wait for an order that never arrived till now, with no communication from the store.
