Pick n Pay asap- can’t get worse than this
Pick n Pay ASAP is utterly useless. Ordered goods because delivery time was indicated between 4pm and 5pm. At 4:30pm the time shifts to 7pm to 9pm. Asked for my money back. Will stick to 60/60.

15 Dec 2021, 16:41I have not yet been contacted by ASAP management team. Given the complaints against this online platform and by implication, the management or lack thereof, of this “business”, I am not expecting any meaningful interaction with this group should any contact materialize. In the meantime, I have asked my bank to reverse the payment. My bank is dealing with the matter. If my bank fails to refund, I will ask VISA to attend to this. I recommend that all consumers that paid via credit card and did not receive their goods, or received only some of the goods, put in claims with their respective banks, or with VISA, Mastercard etc, depending on who issued the card.
