PICK N PAY ASAP CALL CENTER PATHETIC SERVICE

Please make it make sense to me that Web ticket and Pick n Pay still sell ASAP vouchers that can only be redeemed on the OLD APP while Pick have moved to the new APP so what must i do now as i keep being transferred to different departments and no one is assisting ...i have sent emails no response please sort this out or refund my money
