Pick n pay asap
I made an online purchase yesterday morning, 20/09/2024 around 07h30 in the morning, I still have not received my order. I called the call center around 13h00 yesterday and was promised that an Uber has been arranged to deliver my goods but unitl now I have not received my order. 13h30 21/09/2924. Please help

23 Sept 2024, 11:41I have received my order on Saturday but everything that I have ordered in 2's or 4's I have only received x1 item. For example I ordered 4 packets of royco soup but received only 2 packet. Same with bath foam, bath soap, macaroni, lays chips, noodles, and other groceries that I ordered x2 or 4.i have sent emails since Saturday until now no response

23 Sept 2024, 12:42Good day, le understand your concerns but I believe the matter is not about shortage of stock rather lack of experience from the person that was packing my groceries. Please read my complaint again. Please note that you have not provided me with the solution. I am still missing some items from my order.
