Pick n Pay Asap

The pick n pay asap app is a complete mess. Everytime I try to order something gets messed up. Today I ordered items on the asap app and the driver did not deliver my items, he went to the wrong address and didn't even call me to ask for directions. My order got sent back to the shop and I still have received my refund on the order I placed 3 hours ago. I tried calling the customer service number and no one answered. This is really frustrating.
