Pick n Pay ASAP Bottles App

I placed my order via the bottles app or pick n Pay ASAP app on Sunday the 27th Nov and up until now I have not received my order yet, when I call they don't answer, when I email they don't reply and I'm not even getting my money back nothing what so ever instead in the App it says they delivered the order on Monday 28th at 9am which is a lie. I am livid with thier costomer service and I'm willing to take this matter to my legal team if it doesn't get resolved by the end of the day today.
