Pick n Pay Asap

On 23 June 2025, I placed an order to Pick n Pay through the Asap App. Upon delivery, one item was missing which was the PnP Beef Burgers 400g. My order number was #***. I sent an email to *** explaining the situation, and I received an acknowledgement of receipt. Up to today, I have not received either a refund or delivery of the missing item.
