Pick 'n Pay ASAP

I ordered drinks from the ASAP app at 11am, at 5pm the app states that i will receive my order the following day. i order today for a reason and they deducted my money and when you call their customer service you talking t a robot for 45 minutes and no one is there to help you. I am truly disgusted by their service as this is not the first time this happens. last week alone i went to Pick 'n Pay at the Buzz, fourways and bought lamb ribs, when i got home they were rotten and again its not the first time i buy rotten things from them. but in one week i have had the worse experience and service from Pick 'n Pay group.
