Pick n Pay asap

We placed an order on the app Order number ##### and the estimated delivery Time was 18:30 and 19:30. This Delivery did not happen. The next day they arrived at my house and there was no one home. They them called me and we gave them a new time to deliver once again it dit not happen. After calling the driver they asvised me that the items was returned to the store. I then called the customer support line on the 28th to report this Ref:######### and promises that admin will be in contact with us , I had to call again on the 01st March and the for the items not in stock was refunded on the 3rd but still the items that was in stock not delivered. This is not the first time that this **** has happend. Previously we got short deliver with items and othet items that went off, after reporting this various times this was still not sorted months after. I am tired of there empty promises of refunds and credits that does not happen. This is getting out of hand and I am thinking of taking legal action against Pick & Pay asap.
