Pick ‘n Pay asap bad service

Went on Pick ‘n Pay asap app, ordered there and have received a confirmation via email. Money was debited from my account. The App stated wrapping your order. Ever since I’ve not received my package or order, made serval call to their call centre until the store closes. I called around 17:30 to check my order I was the driver on his way to collect my order.

Ordered on the 26th July 16:48 it’s now the 27 July 08:21 nothing has happened, very pathetic customer service
